Our Story

Founded in 2012 by B. Lalayan, Victoria Consulting began as a small team of passionate professionals working from a modest office space. Recognizing a significant gap in the Armenian pharmaceutical market for comprehensive commercial, marketing, medical, and regulatory services, B. Lalayan envisioned a company that could bridge this gap. With over 12 years of experience in global pharmaceutical companies, he established Victoria Consulting to meet the unmet needs of both local and international pharmaceutical entities operating in Armenia.

From the very beginning, Victoria Consulting was founded on principles of professional excellence, transparency, and partnership.
